As a new entrant into the fiercely competitive Credit Card and prepaid card market, MAF Finance recognize that their success is dependent upon realizing their vision of: delivering better products, supported by innovative technologies and superior customer experience right across their entire card portfolio. Touchpoints objective was therefore to provide a critical evaluation and set of clear recommendations on how their customer management practices are best able to contribute to their vision.
