James is a seasoned communications expert. He has gained nearly 30 years experience across Europe, Asia Pacific and the Middle East. He has worked with many blue chip companies to develop their brands in international markets. An early evangelist of Customer Relationship Management principles in the Middle East, he has developed world-class customer engagement programmes for several of the regions biggest brands. Including Emirates Skywards, American Express Membership Rewards, Etisalat More

He has considerable experience in environmental sustainability initiatives and for the past 4 years has been a member of the Executive Management Committee of the Environment Agency-Abu Dhabi and Communications and Strategy Advisor to The Secretary General.

Holly Duthie – Consultant

  • International Business background with a career spanning North America, UK, Asia and the Middle East.
  • She has held several senior client-side marketing positions including Global Marketing Director of EMAAR Properties and General Manager, Marketing of Al Futtaim Group Real Estate (AFGRE).
  • Holly’s role at EMAAR included responsibility for domestic & international projects and CRM. She also sat on the steering committee for the enterprise-wide CRM data warehouse and acted as corporate sponsor of the customer loyalty project.
  • She worked across departments and played an advisory role for improving CRM and the customer journey during her time at AFGRE.
  • Holly has hands on experience of launching multiple real estate projects in the Middle East and Asia and the value that CRM can bring.
